The flat white plate will match virtually any surroundings and can be covered with paint or wallpaper. This concealer has a 4-3/4″ diameter and mounts on 4″ outlet boxes. Its holes are spaced 3-1/2″ apart. It comes with two 8-32″ x 3/4″ white head screws for mounting.
