Transtar 4603 Gray 2 in 1 Primer Aerosol The Transtar 4603 Gray 2 in 1 Primer is designed to easily prime metal and plastic parts. The Transtar 4603 2 in 1 Primer helps prevent rust seals out moisture and provides a smooth base for basecoat application. These 2 in 1 primers has adhesion properties and excellent flexibility that allows them to be applied to flexible parts like plastics.
