Set the stones’ sharpening angle at 30° (15° each side) or 40° (20° each side) for knives. Set the stones’ sharpening angle at 12.5° for scissors. Sharpens both plain and serrated edges. A groove running the length of each stone lets you sharpen pointed items like fish hooks and darts. Instruction book and DVD included. USA.
