Description
The digital ballast by Quantum is an efficient horticulture fixture that gives out high-intensity illumination. The fixture runs at 75% and 100%, giving you complete control over the fixture in your hands. The ballast comes with a resin-cased circuit board that comes with a ceiling fan for the system to run cooler.
