Leviton 1-Port Midway wallplate in white color is 3/8 Inch larger than standard size to conceal irregular wall openings. It mounts to 1-Gang back box or four-square box with appropriate user-provided reducer. Wallplate includes mounting hardware with color matched screws. It is available as 1-Gang with coax outlet and an F-connector as well as without an F-connector. Wallplate measures 3.125 Inch x 0.255 Inch x 4.875 Inch. It is made of UV resistant nylon with high-impact plastic housing. Wallplate offers resistant to fading, discoloration, oil and organic solvent. Wallplate offers six position and four-conductor configuration. It is ideal for telephone and video applications. Wallplate is UL listed and meets FCC part 68.
