Easy to use, right or left handed. Rods store in the hardwood case. The Lansky Turn Box has been improved with a Diamond sharpening stage. The diamond rod sharpens more quickly than the medium ceramic it replaces. The 5″ rods store in the versatile hardwood turn-box that is the sharpening rod holder. Two preset sharpening angles make this a good economical choice for just about any knife. Kit includes 4 rods (2 medium diamond and 2 fine ceramic) and the popular Lansky Turn Box rod holder/base. Q. What are the degree measurements of the angles in the 2 stages? A. There are two sets of holes on the sharpener. The holes are set at 20 and 25 degrees. You can use the diamond at 20 and finish the edge at 25. Or you can create your entire edge at either 20 or 25.
