The Knipex KNP7401250SBA High Leverage Diagonal Cutter is designed for very tough, continuous use. Forged from heavy duty chrome vanadium steel for durability, oil-hardened for strength, and atramentized for rust protection, it features a polished head and plastic coated handles. It delivers high cutting performance with minimal effort due to optimum coordination of the cutting edge angle and transmission ratio. Its precision cutting edges (cutting edge hardness approx. 64 HRC) cut through several types of wire, including piano wire. With a length of 10″ (250 mm), this cutter is suitable for copper conductors up to 16 sq. mm and aluminum conductors up to 35 sq. mm.
