Hardened tool steel jaws fitting 26 to 4/0 hook sizes. Arms, bearing housing, handle, shaft and plate are made of hard anodized marine grade Aluminum. Non-slip, scratch-resistant base for excellent stability on any surface. The aluminum plate has four big holes which can be used for fly tying vise racks, or lighting lamps.
