Discover the world around you with new eyes. The Flir One for iOS is not only equipped with the Flir Lepton thermal imaging camera, but also with a visual VGA digital camera. Using the MSX technology specially developed by Flir, the software merges the images from both cameras and provides you with thermal images with more detail and higher resolution. The camera attachment for your Apple smartphone provides not only images, but also exact measurement data: Using non-contact temperature measurement, you can record the temperature in the respective target area from any point. In a range from -20 to +120 °C, the Flir One reliably detects temperature differences of only one tenth of a degree. The Flir One has a 350 mAh battery power and does not consume any power from the battery of the device to which it is attached. It is also not charged over it; a 1 A power supply unit with Lightning adapter is used for this purpose. This in turn only charges the camera attachment, but not the device to which it is attached. If you are not using Flir One, it will automatically go into power save mode to maximize battery life.
