Brighter, easier to use and housed in a more compact design, the Black Diamond Storm400 Headlamp is still a burly, fully-sealed waterproof and dustproof headlamp, yet the multi-faceted optical lens design saves battery life and provides 400 lumens of powerful light. PowerTap Technology allows fast and simple transitioning between full and dimmed power. Brightness Memory enables you to turn the light on and off at a chosen brightness without reverting back to full power. One QuadPower LED and 1 DoublePower white LED emit up to 400 lumens on max setting. Settings include full strength in proximity and distance modes, dimming, strobe, red, green and blue night-vision and lock-off mode. Housing tilts so you can adjust the angle of the beam. Elastic headband adjusts for a secure fit and features padding behind the headlamp housing for additional comfort. Rated IPX67: waterproof and dustproof down to 3.3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 minutes. Compact, low-profile design uses four alkaline AAA batteries (included). Updated user interface includes an easy mode switch and the updated optical efficiency provides brighter light and saves battery life. Easily track battery life with the six-setting, three-LED battery meter.
