Push handle against drum so the curved plate grips the top rim of the drum. Lift handle (opposite of the rubber grips) tipping the drum slightly, and use your foot to push the base of the dolly under the drum. Reattach the handle and you are ready to go. To unload, remove the handle, lean against the drum away from the caddy (alternatively, reapply lever action), and slide off caddy.
