The ergonomic grip gives you tightening nearly as fast as a quick release system, but with more of a reliable grip. A plastic right-angled insert is included, too. You can use it to keep the clamp tightened while its not being used on one of your projects, and you can use it to double check if your angles are squared. Youre not limited to miter joints, either. You can fasten T joints together with this, using a 30 millimeter opening in the sides to drive them through. While there is a 50 millimeter limit to the thickness of the wood, this can effectively handle woods of a wide variety of heights without them tipping. Use this to keep your furniture pieces fastened together before driving screws or gluing them. Even the material coating the clamp is designed to keep it from marring your work surfaces.
