These spiral fluted, stepped tip drill bits outperform every conventional drill bit design in nearly all materials, and the mechanics length offers superior access in cramped spaces. Precision ground from heat-treated, quality M2 High Speed Steel, the bits are ONYX oxide coated to prevent chip build-up. They eliminate bit walk and the need for pilot holes, and they excel on hard alloys, sheet metal, and imperfect parts that are difficult to start drilling into.
