Bit key mortise lock is designed to replace or upgrade most bit key mortise locks with 2-3/8″ backset. Spindle hole accommodates 1/4″ to 5/16″ spindle, requires mortise cutout. Brass plated faceplate. Mortise lock with faceplate. Case-hardened steel case. Bolt reversible to left and right handed door. Requires mortise cutout.
