This JONES STEPHENS Closet Flange has a 2 in. offset, which allows for perfect alignment of the drain pipe and flange. It solvent welds over 3 in. or inside 4 in. schedule 40-pipe and has a plastic swivel ring that rotates for bolt and screw hole precision. Constructed of PVC, this closet flange is manufactured to be durable and reliable.
