SPECS: Our grounding rod is 12 inches long and made from 308 stainless steel for superior strength and durability. The included grounding cord measures at just over 39 feet long. DIRECT CONNECTION: Using a grounding rod allows you to bypass your indoor grounded outlets and instead go right into the Earth. It is also perfect for people that live in older homes where the outlets are not grounded. The 39 foot cord can easily connect you to the Earth, even from the second floor of your home.
