Philips E-Vision ELE MH HID ballast has power rating of 70 Watts and is designed to measure or adjust the wattage. It has voltage rating of 120 – 277 Volts and current rating of 0.67 Amps. Ballast has lead with mounting feet and is ideal outdoor use. It measures 5 Inch x 3 Inch. Ballast of low frequency type comes with wire of 11 inches and starts operating at -20 deg F.
