Rust-Oleum 3954 Zinsser Odorless Primer and Stain Blocker, White

Use on a variety of interior surfaces such as wood drywall plaster concrete stucco and masonry. Specially formulated to block stains from smoke nicotine water fire damage graffiti and more. Dries to the touch in 30 minutes and covers up to 100 sq ft. Non-yellowing bright white flat finish looks great when left uncoated over dingy water-stained ceilings. Blocks tough stains with no offensive odor. Provides excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces without sanding or de-glossing. Compatible with oil or latex topcoats.
