Best if used over white base. This paint has a high night visibility, produces a glowing effect and recharges with exposure to light. It is perfect for bikes, kids room accents, light switch plates, holiday decorations, costumes, porches and railings. It works indoors and outdoors, and on wood, metal, plastic, glass, plaster, ceramic, fabric paper and more. Spray 6oz- Will cover approximately 7 square feet.
