Tier1 Or-Lubricant-Lg Food-Grade Silicone O-Ring Lubricant helps to provide a good seal and to prevent water leaks on all brands of water filter housing o-rings, in addition to preserving the integrity of your o-ring. You can reuse your o-ring as long as it is not damaged. Silicone Lubricant is safe and easy to use. Other types of lubricants are not recommended for o-rings, because they can actually stretch and distort them. Silicone Lubricant can be used for a variety of applications, such as cameras, scuba gear, and pressure valves. Provides a chemical barrier coating, with low volatility, good resistance to most chemicals, excellent resistance to water, and low vapor pressure.
