Jancy Short Slugger High Speed 5/8″ Steel Annular Cutter has 3/4″ depth of cut and features high-speed steel for use on a wide variety of materials. Cutter incorporates 1/2″ weldon shank and can be used in a drill press, mill or lathe. It can run at higher speeds than high-speed or cobalt steel, offering increased wear resistance and suitability for high cutting temperatures. It features multiple cutting edges that create a high-quality hole to minimize the need for secondary operations such as pre-drilling and reaming. It has centre free design cuts only the periphery of the hole for greater productivity in comparison to twist drills.
