Its easy to use with most drills and standard rotary tools. 3M Stripe Off Wheel 07498 has an optimum operating speed of 2, 000 rpm (/- 200) and a maximum operating speed of 4, 000 rpm. Operating the wheel above the maximum operating speed may compromise the products performance.
