Features include a four-spline mandrel with 16 polished countersunk dies Functional Design The 4-spline mandrel is designed for precisely enlarging rings. The non-skid handle improves efficiency to operate the tool, while specially designed gear reduction ensures effortless forming. Also, the base is constructed of cast iron which is high temperature & corrosion resistance to ensure stability. Stability to Work It comes with the hole at the base of the machine so that it can be mounted firmly to table or bench providing you stability. It is also very easy to move around when needed because of its compact size. High Compatibility This item has been designed to use with non-ferrous metals, these include Platinum, Palladium, Gold and Silver and is not suitable for use with Steel bands. Ring stretcher and ring bender tool is effective on hard alloy metals, allowing you to accurately reshape or resize gold, silvers and other precious metals. Simple Mechanism The tapered mandrel has 4 splines. The reduction-plate is a double-sided design and features 16 reduction depressions. It stretches the ring by expanding the mandrel from inside with a tapered ram. It leaves marks. It reduces ring size by ramming the band into a conical hole.
