How to Brew with the V60 Drip Scale * Press the ON/OFF switch to turn the scale on. Place dipper, server and paper filter. * Reset weight and add ground coffee. * Reset the weight again. Start the timer and pour hot water slowly to moisten the grounds. Wait for 30 seconds. * Reset the weight once more. Slowly start adding more water. Brewing should take about 3 minutes.
