Autometer 5291 Hall Effect Speedometer Sender

If your application already has a provision for a cable-driven speedometer, you can still run an electronic speedometer without installing magnets or making brackets for the sender. This sender converts a cable speedometer drive to a Hall Effect (magnetic pulse) signal. Produces 16 pulses per revolution to work with any Auto Meter electronic speedometer. The 7/8-18 thread and square cable drive fit a variety of applications. Pass-through provided for cruise control actuation. Simply unscrew the original drive cable from the cruise control unit, screw this sender to the cruise unit, and screw the cable to this sender. This sender is not designed to work with OEM electrical speedometers.
