The Fakro 66809 is an insulated attic ladder. This model is designed to fit into 30-inch x 54-inch rough openings. The pinewood ladder allows access to your attic space without clutter and the hassle of an extension ladder. In addition, this model has a handrail to make climbing up and down the ladder simple and easy. Both sides of the door have a beige finish. For extra durability, dovetail joints are used to fit the treads. In addition, the opening between the hatch door and the treads allows for more comfortable positioning of feet on the treads. There is also no need to worry about slipping on the steps thanks to indentations which are cut into the treads for added safety.
