The Milwaukee 2470-20 features a cutting mechanism strong enough to make 2″ diameter cuts in schedule 40 PVC in just 3 seconds. Smoothing burrs is an extra step you don’t need to take with this tool, thanks to the super sharp blade and its pierce point. With a full battery you can make over 200 cuts, which will likely get you through more than a few jobs. Some jobs require more cutting power than others, and the variable speed trigger allows just the right amount of power to be applied. Jobsite damage, water, and rust won’t damage the stainless steel blade or aluminum jaw. If you don’t want to be caught unawares when your battery runs out of juice, be sure to keep an eye on the on-board fuel gauge.
