It features Dual-Fuel technology, allowing it to be powered by three AAA alkaline cells (included) or the rechargeable BD 1500 Li-ion battery and charger (purchased separately) for maximum flexibility. With PowerTap Technology, you can instantly adjust between total output and dimmed power, and the integrated battery meter display shows the percentage of power remaining. The Spot 400 Headlamp offers a range of settings, including proximity and distance modes, dimming, strobe, red LED night-vision, and lock mode. The red night vision has dimming and strobe modes and activates without cycling through the white way.
