The Mishimoto Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank is a direct fit and replacement of the OEM unit. This is an innovative design that features internal baffles that keep coolant near the overflow port during aggressive driving, preventing air entry into the coolant system. There will be a sight tube which allows for proper hot and cold coolant levels, and the overflow nipple on the fill neck allows for installation of an additional NHRA-mandated overflow reservoir. This coolant expansion tank has been crafted from 100% aluminum that features fully-welded construction for maximum durability especially during repeated temperature transitions. You can still use your factory overflow tank cap, and this particular coolant expansion tank comes in the polished finish.
