The Harvest Right Standard Vacuum Oil Pump is included with your Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. This can also be purchased separately as a replacement for your worn-out pump. This pump features a 3/4 HP at 1,725 RPM motor. It pumps 7 cubic feet of oil per minute. This 115-volt, 60 Hz vacuum pump connects to a standard US outlet via the included power cord. Harvest Right Standard Vacuum Oil Pump requires some maintenance, mainly adding and draining oil. There are 3 cups of oil in a vacuum pump that need to be changed regularly to keep a freeze dryer running efficiently. This is a simple process that requires little effort.
