Liberty Pumps 257 1/3 HP Submersible Sump Pump

The Liberty 257 is a submersible sump pump. This heavy duty pump is used for commercial and residential wastewater transfer applications. It has a 1/3 hp oil-filled motor with thermal overload protection. The voltage needed to run this pump is 115V single phase. It has a 1-1/2″ discharge size and it can handle up to 1/2″ solids. The GPM performance of this Liberty 257 Sump Pump is indicated in the spec sheet. It features a vertical magnetic float switch. This pump comes with a quick-disconnect 10′ cord for fast replacement of the power cord without breaking the seals to the motor. It has a cast iron housing and a vortex engineered polymer impeller.
